This Privacy Policy explains how TruNorth Sciencetech Private Limited (“Programmatic CMO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), the company that operates the Programmatic CMO product and the website at programmaticcmo.com, collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you. It also explains the choices you have, including how to delete your data.
Programmatic CMO is an AI marketing team: a set of specialist AI agents that connect to your marketing accounts, review what is happening across your channels, and bring proposed changes to one approval queue. Nothing is changed in your connected accounts until you approve it.
1. Who we are
The service is provided by TruNorth Sciencetech Private Limited, a company registered in India (CIN U62011KA2025PTC210503) with its registered office at No. 51, Innov8 Tower A, 5th Floor, Devarabisanahalli, Bellandur, Bangalore South, Karnataka 560103, India. For any privacy question or request, contact us at krish@programmaticcmo.com.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us
- Account details — your name, email address, company name, and the login used to create your Programmatic CMO account.
- Support and communications — messages you send us and any information you include in them.
Information from connected accounts
When you choose to connect a marketing account, you authorize us to access data from that provider so the agents can do their work. This may include:
- Google — data from Google services you connect, such as Google Ads (campaigns, ad groups, keywords, spend, and performance metrics), Google Search Console, Google Analytics, and Google Business Profile, together with the basic profile and email address of the Google Account you use to authorize access.
- Meta — data from Meta (Facebook and Instagram) accounts you connect, such as ad accounts, campaigns, and performance metrics, and the basic profile information of the account used to authorize access.
- Other providers — equivalent marketing and analytics data from any other service you explicitly connect.
We only request the narrowest access (scopes) the agents need to perform the tasks you ask for. You can disconnect any provider at any time.
Information we collect automatically
- Usage and device data — basic analytics about how you use the product (pages viewed, features used, approximate location from IP, browser and device type) to keep the service working and improve it.
3. How we use information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Programmatic CMO service.
- To let the agents analyze your connected accounts and prepare proposed changes for your approval queue.
- To carry out actions in your connected accounts only after you approve them, and to verify their results.
- To respond to your requests and provide support.
- To secure the service, prevent abuse, and meet our legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use data obtained through Google or Meta APIs for advertising, to build user profiles for unrelated purposes, or to train generalized AI/ML models.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy
Programmatic CMO’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. In particular:
- We only access and use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in the Programmatic CMO experience.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as necessary to provide or improve those features, to comply with applicable law, or as part of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets with notice to you.
- We do not use Google user data for serving advertisements.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data unless we have your consent for specific messages, it is necessary for security purposes (such as investigating abuse), to comply with applicable law, or the data has been aggregated and anonymized.
- We do not use Google user data to train, or transfer it to, generalized or non-personalized AI/ML models.
Our use of data from the Google Ads API also complies with the Google Ads API Terms of Service and Google’s Required Minimum Functionality and RMF policies.
5. Meta Platform data
When you connect a Meta (Facebook or Instagram) account, we handle Meta Platform data in accordance with the Meta Platform Terms and Developer Policies. We use Meta data only to provide the features you have asked for, we do not sell it, and we retain it only as long as needed to provide the service or as required by law. You can revoke Programmatic CMO’s access from your Meta account settings at any time, and you can request deletion of Meta-sourced data as described below.
6. How we share information
We share information only in these limited situations:
- Service providers — vendors that host our infrastructure and help us operate the product (for example, cloud hosting and database providers, and the AI model providers that power the agents), bound by contract to protect your data and use it only to provide services to us.
- At your direction — the connected accounts and actions you explicitly authorize.
- Legal reasons — when required by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, safety, and security of our users and the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
7. Data retention
We keep your information for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. When you delete your account or a specific connection, we delete or anonymize the associated data within 30 days, except where we must retain it to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements.
8. How we protect your data
We use industry-standard safeguards, including encryption in transit, access controls, and audit logging of the actions the agents take. Access to connected-account data is limited to what the service needs to function. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and to notify you of any incident as required by law.
9. Your rights and choices
- Access and correction — you can review and update your account information at any time.
- Disconnect — you can disconnect any Google, Meta, or other provider from within Programmatic CMO, and from the provider’s own security settings (for Google, at myaccount.google.com/permissions).
- Deletion — you can delete your account and data as described in our Data Deletion instructions.
- Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights (such as access, portability, or objection). Contact us to exercise them.
10. International users
We operate from India and may process and store information in India and other countries where we or our service providers operate. Wherever your data is processed, we apply the protections described in this policy.
11. Children
Programmatic CMO is a business product and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised policy.
