You can ask us to delete your Programmatic CMO account and the personal data we hold about you at any time. This page explains exactly how, in line with our Privacy Policy and the requirements of Google and Meta.
Option 1 — Delete from within the product
If you have a Programmatic CMO account, the fastest way is to delete it in the app:
- Sign in to Programmatic CMO.
- Go to Settings → Account.
- Choose Delete account and confirm.
This removes your account and schedules deletion of the associated data, including data retrieved from connected Google and Meta accounts.
Option 2 — Request deletion by email
You can also request deletion by email, whether or not you can currently sign in. Send a message to krish@programmaticcmo.com from the email address on your account, with the subject “Data deletion request.” Tell us which account or connected providers you want removed. We may ask you to confirm your identity to protect your account.
We will confirm your request and complete deletion within 30 days. We may retain a limited amount of data where the law requires it (for example, for tax or fraud-prevention records); we delete or anonymize the rest.
Revoke access at the provider
Deleting your data also stops our access, but you can revoke Programmatic CMO’s access directly with each provider at any time:
- Google — visit myaccount.google.com/permissions, select Programmatic CMO, and choose Remove access.
- Meta (Facebook) — go to Settings → Business Integrations, select Programmatic CMO, and choose Remove.
- Meta (Instagram) — go to Settings → Apps and Websites and remove Programmatic CMO.
What gets deleted
- Your account and profile details.
- Data we retrieved from your connected accounts (Google, Meta, and any other providers you connected).
- The proposals, approvals, and activity history tied to your account, except records we are legally required to keep.
